Nelria was established in 2007, and is serving a growing need for professional property management services for investors and landlords alike.  However, unlike most management companies out there, we take a vow "to treat your portfolio as though it was our own".  After all, Nelria Property Services was created after several failed attempts to hire a competent management service for our internal portfolio.  As such, we continually aim to keep our owners and residents satisfied, so that we all maintain a mutually beneficial relationship.

Our Services

We provide services to investment property owners for real estate management, leasing, contract administration and accounting. Listed below are a few of the many services included in our management program:

* Provide/supervise property maintenance and repairs

* Payment of all bills/mortgages if required

* 7 days a week and 24 hours a day availability 

Our management fees are assessed against the gross monthly income collected, with exception of a nominal monthly web service fee. Thus, if you don't collect, neither do we.  The actual monthly management fee is based on several variables such as the type of property and portfolio size as well as which services are needed.
